After releasing And Nothing Hurt back in September, Jason Pierce’s Spiritualized played a brace of dates in New York and Los Angeles in 2018. Pierce has announced a return in 2019 for a North American tour. Taking place from March 22nd through April 19th and includes a slot at Nashville’s Big Ears Festival.
