Hot on the heels of their dialed back single Spinning, Bloody Knees have cranked it up again for new release Reel. Praised for their “soaring garage-rock hooks” (NME) and “ferocious, no-holds-barred style” (DIY) Reel is a pounding, anthemic tune that showcases Bloody Knees at their boisterous best.
Speaking about the track, frontman Bradley Griffiths says:
“Reel is a guaranteed body mover. If you’re at a Bloody Knees show this song is gonna get you moving. It’s a proper straightforward rock song with heaps of energy. It’s so fun for us to play and we really can’t wait to bring it to everyone on our headline tour in October.”
Spending the last year touring Europe with their dynamite live shows, Bloody Knees have been picking up support from BBC Radio 1’s Daniel P. Carter and Radio X’s John Kennedy. Together with playlisting from Apple Music’s Breaking Rock and The A-List: Rock playlists, cementing their status as one of the most exciting new acts on the scene.
Bloody Knees will play The Underworld, Camden on October 18th as part of their headline tour. Tickets are available here.
